Return Process:

For other returns or exchanges, you have up to 30 days from receipt to initiate the process. Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging, including all tags and accessories. Please note that personalized or custom items and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are not covered.

Refunds:
